For V2/V3 legacy users, we provide two sonar solutions. Both enable all operations within a single app, including BB2’s mapping features and sonar bathymetry (depth chart creation) with one-tap execution. Our sonar also features Rewind & Track Back: Users can review historical sonar data by scrolling through images, while the boat’s position synchronizes with the data playback. Every BEETACKLE model combines built-in GPS, advanced sonar mapping, App-controlled Autopilot ( Purchased from the app for £199 ), and automated Action Groups — letting you plan, execute, and save fishing spots with precision and ease.

No. You can use mapping and autopilot features offline once data is loaded. Cloud spot saving and firmware updates require an internet connection.

In the App, start a new map session, drive the boat over the area, and sonar data will be recorded live. When you finish, save the map in the App or to BEETACKLE Cloud.

Live sonar is real-time mapping data captured during your current session. Historical sonar refers to previously saved sonar recordings you can re-review and mark spots.

Action Groups let you create up to 20 programmable commands — such as GPS moves, bait drops, speed changes — that can be executed in a single tap.
